Biography
Born in 1972 in Belgrade.
1991. Secondary School for Industrial Design
1997. Faculty of Applied Arts, Belgrade, Department of Textile, Tapestry
2003. Postgraduate studies at the same faculty, with Professor Jadranka Simonovic, subject: "A Man and a Woman - a Link in a Chain of a Thousand Generations" or "The Figuration of Tapestry"
Lives and works in Belgrade.
Member of ULUPUDS since 1997.
2000. Participated in 3rd Tapestry Colony "Bosko Petrovic", Petrovaradin Fortress, Novi Sad
2007. Participated in the Workshop "The Return of a Foreign Worker", Kucevo, organized by Noa Triester
2006. Organized 16th International Biennale of Tapestry for ULUPUDS
The drawings "What Happened to My Ass?" are a part of the collection in The State Museum of Majdanek, Lublin, Poland

ABOUT MY WORK
With my art work, I want to achieve conscience awakening with myself and the observer of my work, harmony with the outher world as well as with myself, and functioning in time and space with experiencing the reality. I am interested in illustration and drawing in textile, in technical and visual experiments, as well as in the transposition of traditional techniques of textile into modern techniques of expression.
